  • 3 medium potatoes
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ onion
  • ¼ red bell pepper

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tomato
  • 50 grams of salmon (smoked or in oil)
  • 8 walnuts

For the basil vinaigrette:

  • 6 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 lime
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Olive oil and salt to taste

    Steps:

    1. Cook the eggs with water and salt for 12 minutes and cool with cold water to be able to peel them and cool them. Cut into slices.
