  • ¾ glass of condensed milk (150 ml)

Preparation

  • First, break the chocolate into small pieces.
  • Place the chocolate and condensed milk in a bain-marie until they are melted and the mixture is well homogeneous.
  • Next, crush the walnuts into small pieces and add to the preparation. Stir vigorously, with the help of a wooden spoon.
  • Pour the mixture into a mold lined with greaseproof paper.
  • Finally, put in the refrigerator for four hours to harden. After time, unmold.

Chocolate and walnut nougat with almonds

    Preparation

    • To start, heat a casserole in a double boiler. Add the two types of chocolate at the same time and stir constantly with a wooden spoon until they melt and melt evenly.
    • Then, in a separate bowl, mix the butter with the honey.
    • Next, combine both mixtures in a single preparation, forming a homogeneous combination, where all the ingredients are integrated.
