Chilindrón Chicken

  • 150 g of serrano ham in cubes

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 green bell peppers, chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

  • Fry the chicken  until golden.
  • Remove it and reserve.
  • In the same oil, fry the diced ham.
  • Add it to the chicken and reserve.
  • In the same saucepan, fry the onion, garlic, and bell peppers until they start to brown. Add oil if necessary.
  • Add the tomatoes.
  • When it has browned a little, add the chicken and ham.
  • Pour the white wine over it and simmer  for about 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole chicken, boneless and chopped
  • 4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers in fine julienne
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 120 g of serrano ham in cubes
  • ½ glass of white wine
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • Remove it from the heat and reserve.
