On the other hand, some homemade masks have been described in popular literature that seem to have beneficial effects against this problem. However, to date there is no evidence to support their effects and it is unknown if they are really effective.

Despite this, they use relatively safe ingredients, such as aloe vera gel and avocado, which promote skin hydration. Do you dare to try them? In the next space we share the recipe.

Do not neglect your skin

Skin care does not respond solely to an aesthetic issue. The epidermis acts as a barrier against external organisms, including heat and cold. It is responsible for maintaining and providing body temperature thanks to vasodilation, an essential process for survival.

In the same way, it also plays a very important role in the synthesis of vitamin D. Therefore, it is very important to protect it from ultraviolet rays (both in summer and winter), hydrate it and go to the corresponding appointments with the dermatologist.

Do not neglect your skin, or you will be neglecting your own health.
