The stiffness is known in medical terms as deferred myalgia. It is a muscle pain that appears after performing violent or continuous exercises. Muscles have a resistance limit, that is why, when faced with activities that involve physical overexertion, small tears or micro-tears are produced in the muscle fibers.

Normally, they regenerate on their own and the pain goes away. However, sometimes it is necessary to apply remedies to relieve symptoms and speed up the recovery process.
