Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rice (100 g).
  • 1 liter and a half of water.
  • ΒΌ cup of oatmeal (25 g).
  • 10 drops of rosemary essential oil.
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (5 g).
  • 10 drops of lavender essential oil.
  • 4 and a half tablespoons of coconut oil (45 g).

Preparation

  • Place the water in a pot and bring it to a boil.
  • Add the half cup of rice and let it cook over medium heat.
  • Add the teaspoon of ground cinnamon, stir with a spoon and cook for a few minutes.
  • Once the rice is ready, add the oats and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Strain the liquid and store it in a spray container (to facilitate later use as a tonic).
  • Besides, take the rice and oatmeal residues and process them in the blender along with the essential oils and coconut oil.
  • After obtaining a creamy paste, combine it with the filtered liquid and proceed to use it.
